We're looking for a strategic and hands‐on Loyalty Program Manager.
We're building a new loyalty program — and this role will be at the centre of bringing it to life. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer experience and knows how to translate insights into meaningful action.
This is a hands‐on role focused on turning a loyalty vision into a working program. You will be defining how it works, build it with partners and ensuring it delivers commercially and operationally across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of program rules, mechanics and delivery — from initial rollout through to ongoing optimisation.
You'll play a key role in the design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation the program - working cross-functionally to create seamless and engaging member experiences. From roadmap planning to execution, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate loyalty strategy into clear program rules, mechanics and member experiences
* Lead delivery of the loyalty roadmap across multiple phases
* Work closely with external partners and platforms to build and configure the program
* Own how the program actually works shaping structure, benefits, and customer experiences to drive engagement, frequency and commercial return
* Coordinate across marketing, customer operations, technology and finance to bring the program to life
* Identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement and commercial outcomes
About You
5+ years' experience working on loyalty programs, CRM or customer programs
* Someone who understands how loyalty programs mechanic's work
* Strong delivery capability working cross-functionally and managing external partners
* Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
* Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver results in a complex environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Experience in retail, travel, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
