**The role**:
- Liaise with tenants and landlords proactively and professionally
- Conduct entry/exit inspections, no routines
- Manage lease renewals and coordinate routine inspections
- Oversee maintenance and compliance and coordinate repairs
- Monitor portfolio performance, resolve issues early, and maintain clear communication

**With your minimum 2 years'** experience as a **Property Manager** and your **QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate** you’ll have the opportunity to use your high level of detail and customer focus. Your success in delivering the role will be supported by a reliable vehicle and current, valid drivers licence.
