Senior Manager – Op Shops & Social Enterprises
Lead a growing portfolio of retail and social enterprises that create tangible social impact.
Compensation
$135,000 per year + $9,000 Motor Vehicle Allowance + super + salary packaging.
Responsibilities
* Drive execution of the Op Shop Strategic Plan – creative, innovative, and unique.
* Shape and deliver the Social Enterprise Strategy.
* Lead business growth, financial performance, and operational excellence.
* Inspire and manage high‐performing teams across retail and social enterprise environments.
* Collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to deliver real impact.
* Influence strategy at an executive level.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor level qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred); Master level preferred.
* 3+ years of management and leadership experience in charity retail, social enterprise, or similar.
* Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation of effective business models.
* Leadership in developing a diverse, cross‐functional workforce including volunteers.
* Solid business development acumen, financial performance, and budget management skills.
* Understanding of working with community, church, and grassroots organisations.
