Lithium plays a pivotal role in the clean energy landscape, with Talison Lithium at the forefront of global lithium mineral production. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-office services and high-level administrative support to ensure seamless site operations.
Reporting to the Coordinator Business Services, your key responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing visitor sign-in/sign-out processes, and maintaining reception area cleanliness and safety standards.
You will also conduct comprehensive visitor site inductions, issue visitor badges, and provide general administrative assistance to site management and operations teams.
Additionally, you will process catering requests, prepare and maintain accurate site records, and assist with travel booking coordination.
Key requirements for this position include previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, strong written and verbal communication skills, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
