We are looking for a
Patient Services Officer
(Medical Administration) to join our
Mandurah Oncology Clinic, where you will play an important role in supporting patients undergoing cancer care alongside our clinical team.
In this patient facing position, you will be the first point of contact, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for patients.
You will provide essential administrative support while ensuring each patient feels comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
This

More specifically, you will:
Complete day‑to‑day clerical and administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Schedule, update, and confirm patient appointments
Process billing and receipting accurately at the time of appointment
Enter data accurately into clinical and administrative systems
Prepare, scan, file, and manage documentation in line with privacy requirements
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative files
Support efficient clinic workflows through organised administration
Liaise with internal teams regarding schedules, documentation, and processes
Manage multiple administrative tasks in a busy environment
We're looking for someone who has:
Passion for providing great patient care and customer service
Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of billing systems or willingness to learn
Friendly and professional phone manner, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls
Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
Flexible and able to adapt in a busy, fast paced environment
