About the Role
Casual position with full-time hours and ongoing work available. 38-hour week (Monday to Friday), weekend overtime available. Competitive rates. Work within a structured, workshop-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards
* Interpret basic drawings and follow work instructions
* Support electricians and supervisors with manufacturing tasks
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards
* Assist with testing, fault finding, and general workshop duties
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, electrical or workshop environment advantageous
* Switchboard assembly or electrical TA experience highly regarded
* Ability to read and interpret basic drawings (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Commitment to workplace safety
