Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical guidance and support across IT enterprise systems.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve defined objectives.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT application support models, troubleshooting methods, and configuration management.
* Qualifications in IT or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* Understanding of CRM systems and Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Experience in supporting software development, including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, databases, and system integrations.

* Providing technical and administrative support for Oracle Service CRM and related enterprise systems within the Governance, Risk and Compliance portfolio.
* Contributing to system maintenance, enhancements, and process improvements to ensure operational effectiveness.
* Acting as a key liaison between ITS and business clients, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and service alignment.
* Supporting cross-functional collaboration and participating in continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives.
