The Scots College is seeking a highly organized and values‐driven leader for the position of Cricket – Head of Operations.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for the seamless execution, cultural health, and pastoral oversight of the College's Cricket program (T–12) across all campuses. Working in close partnership with the Head of Performance, you will ensure that the logistical, administrative, and behavioral standards of the program reflect the College's vision, mission, and long‐standing traditions of excellence within the AAGPS and IPSHA competitions.

Key Accountabilities
* Operational Management: Oversee day‐to‐day operations, including budgeting, facility risk assessments (nets and wickets), equipment inventory, and the coordination of transport and logistics for all teams.
* Cultural & Pastoral Leadership: Foster a disciplined and values‐based environment. Lead student behavior management, uphold white‐ball and red‐ball uniform standards, and represent the College on AAGPS judiciaries and committees.
* Camps, Tours & Clinics: Lead the end‐to‐end planning and supervision of all Cricket Camps, domestic/international Tours, and Holiday Clinics, ensuring high standards of safety and student growth.
* Staff Coordination: Provide mentorship and guidance to Age Managers and operational staff, ensuring all safety protocols, injury management (including concussion protocols), and first aid systems are rigorously maintained.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary operational link between the College and the parent community, the Cricket Support Group, and the AAGPS committee.
* Fixtures & Logistics: In collaboration with the Senior School Sportsmaster, manage team registrations, weekly draws, ground allocations, and AAGPS compliance across all campuses.

You are an experienced administrator and leader who thrives in a high‐performance sporting environment. You possess:

* Exceptional Organizational Capability: The ability to manage complex schedules, ground hire, budgets, and multi‐campus logistics with high attention to detail.
* Leadership Integrity: A proven track record of fostering a positive, disciplined culture among students and staff, rooted in the spirit of the game.
* Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work seamlessly within a leadership duo, supporting the technical vision of the Head of Performance with operational excellence.
* Communication Skills: Excellence in proactive communication with families, coaching staff, and external sporting bodies.
Special Requirements
* Saturday morning and afternoon fixtures and mid‐week training sessions.
* On‐site supervision of all Cricket Camps, Holiday Clinics, and Tours.
* Participation in the full life of the College, including evening meetings and presentations.
