Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and operation of services across multiple sites.
* Develop strategic directions in collaboration with senior management.
* Offer expert guidance on emerging trends in forensic mental health.
* Coordinate service delivery, including interventions and reports.
Requirements:
This is a multifaceted role requiring either a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of current approaches in working with mentally disordered clients.
* Nursing: Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent, registration with AHPRA, and minimum 5 years experience.
* Occupational Therapy: Approved degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA, minimum 10 years experience, and Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
* Social Work: Approved degree in Social Work, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, and minimum 10 years experience.
