Role Overview
Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre is seeking energetic and confident Swim Teachers to deliver swimming lessons across various ages and abilities. Candidates must be effective communicators with a strong attention to detail, possess strong time‐management and organisational skills and be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
* Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Plan lesson schedules and manage lesson timing.
* Communicate progress and address concerns with parents/clients.
* Ensure adherence to health & safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
* Current Swim Teaching Certificate.
* Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive teaching style.
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
