Scheduling Officer - Disability Pathways

At UnitingSA Disability Pathways, we're driven by a simple purpose: supporting people to live the life they choose. We're excited to introduce this newly created role, with multiple part-time opportunities available for proactive and detail-focused Scheduling Officers to join our team.

Behind every great support experience is a well-planned schedule, and that's where you come in. In this role, you'll schedule NDIS support services and ensure participants receive reliable, person-centred care.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, people-centred role where you'll be responsible for scheduling support worker rosters that align with participant needs, preferences, and compliance requirements. You'll work closely with participants, families, and staff to deliver seamless service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling day-to-day rostering of NDIS support workers
* Manage schedule changes, availability, and leave requests
* Ensure rosters meet participant needs and compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate records and scheduling systems
* Respond to enquiries and support internal teams
* Monitor hours, KPIs, and workforce utilisation
What You'll Bring
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with rostering systems and Microsoft Office
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check essential
