What you will do
* Conduct thorough inspections and investigations across licensed venues.
* Prepare clear reports, briefs and recommendations for compliance and enforcement action.
* Identify potential risks and work with licensees to reduce harm.
* Manage complaints and resolve complex operational issues promptly.
* Support fair enforcement decisions using sound judgement and departmental procedures.
About you
You should hold a Victorian driver licence or equivalent. Qualifications in management, law, enforcement, audit or government investigations are desirable, along with experience in regulatory operations.
* Experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
* Strong investigation and report‐writing skills.
* The ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
