The Role:
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be working in our Home Care program based out of our Mildura Home Care Office.
You will provide clinical assessments, reviews and care needs for clients in the East and Outer Eastern suburbs.
Provide clinical advice and support to clients and provide referrals to services where more specialized support/advice may be required.
Work closely with local allied health professionals to facilitate responsive care in our clients homes.
Provide health education and promotion, including social support groups and carer education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration (required)
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing (required)
* Team player, flexible in your approach to work with a positive outlook
