Key Accountabilities
* Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy in balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
* Analysis of variations in budgets and taking appropriate actions
* Drive project cash flow optimisation, revenue realisation, and gross margin contribution in collaboration with the Project Management function
* Prepare daily cashflow updates and project spend summaries
* Gathering and input data into databases and assist with spreadsheet preparation for projects
* Prepare month end journals, accruals, and project WIP reporting
* Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement to resolve discrepancies
* Provide financial analysis and reporting
* Prepare advice and recommendations for key project decisions
* Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and project control within the APAC and Global Finance Team
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACA, or CIA qualification preferred)
* At least 3 years of experience in project finance, operational finance, or financial controlling
* Strong expertise in project accounting, financial modelling, and risk management
* Exposure to finance management in APAC would be favourable
* An advanced level of the MS Office suite of products
* Experience in the renewables or resources industry would be looked upon favourably but is not essential
* Ability to build relationships, strong attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to communicate with wide ranging stakeholders in a fast‐paced changing environment
