Maganda Makers Ltd is recruiting a General Manager to lead the next phase of its work across the Kimberley.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategy, partnerships, operations and practical delivery in a culturally grounded, community-informed organisation.
The GM will work closely with the Board and be supported by a COO structure. The role can be based anywhere in the Kimberley, with preference for Kununurra.

* Demonstrated senior leadership or management experience
* Strong organisational management capability, including governance, HR, finance and compliance
* Experience building partnerships, securing funding, and supporting strategic growth
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal women, communities and stakeholders across the Kimberley and Australia‐wide
* Strong commitment to women's leadership, entrepreneurship and community development
* Experience in Northern Australia and/or with Indigenous women's leadership or enterprise initiatives is highly regarded
