Key Responsibilities
* Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards.

* Quality Assurance: Implement drafting standards and conduct QA checks on all drawings.

Experience
You will be an experienced HVAC draftsperson with at least 5+ years' industry experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills. You'll bring proficiency in drafting software and BIM tools, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders. A growth mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality are essential.
A successful candidate should have:
* Associate degree in Drafting or Mechanical Engineering Technology (Bachelor's desirable).
* 5+ years' experience in HVAC or construction drafting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in relevant drafting software and BIM tools. (Revit, Navisworks)
* Knowledge of Australian workplace regulations and compliance.
