Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.**The Role**As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.**The key focus of the role will be to:*** To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.* Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.* Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.* Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.* Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.**To be successful, you will have*** Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)* Experience in Aged Care highly regarded* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)* Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)**About this location:**Meadow Springs is in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approx. 4km from the town centre.
