Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
* Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent); students welcomed.
* Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
* Passion for health and safety, demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR and Safe Environments for Children & Young People qualifications.
* Positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including passive overnight shifts.
