Who You Are
You're a degree-qualified civil engineer (Chartered or working towards it) with a strong background in development, subdivision, or infrastructure projects. You have proven leadership experience, a commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for mentoring teams and building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and develop a talented team of engineers and designers
* Oversee project delivery, budgets, and operational performance
* Drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all activities
