About the Role
The position of Receptionist and Administration Officer is part‑time (0.6 FTE) fixed‑term, based at the Freier campus, commencing Tuesday, 27 January 2026 and concluding Friday, 18 December 2026. The role offers 6 weeks paid annual leave and 7 weeks leave without pay per annum.
The Receptionist/Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in the organisation of the Administration office and has responsibility for providing high quality and professional customer service. They uphold the highest standards of customer service, maintain integrity and trust, promote a culture of mutual respect and support a cooperative team environment. They represent the School with self‑confidence and sensitivity, being outstanding hosts and ambassadors to visitors and the broader school community.
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience working on a busy reception desk
- Highly proficient computer skills in the MS 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Data entry experience, preferably with a database
- Strong capability working in a team environment
