Dermal Therapist / Dermal Clinician
Location: Skinologie – Albert Park, Melbourne VIC
Salary: Casual rate of $35–$40 per hour. Full-time or part-time, 30–40 hours per week. No Sundays.

About the Role
This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work with advanced skin and aesthetic technologies in a premium clinic environment. Your role will include:
* Performing professional skin consultations and tailored treatment planning.
* Delivering advanced skin treatments including peels, skin needling, facials and device-based treatments.
* Laser treatments (laser experience highly regarded).
* Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care.
* Recommending homecare and treatment plans to achieve outstanding results.
* Assisting with clinic operations, with approximately 20% of your role supporting reception/front-of-house duties.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Dermal Therapist / Advanced Skin Therapist role.
* Formal qualifications in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science, Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of skin health and corrective skin treatments.
* Laser experience preferred (or willingness to further develop in this area).
* Outstanding consultation and communication skills.
* A polished, professional presentation.
* A warm, positive and team-focused attitude.
