Our client is a respected regional manufacturer and supplier of bespoke commercial sheds, steel buildings and storage facilities, designed specifically for durability and stability. With over three decades of operation, the business services a diverse regional and national customer base — from family farms to large-scale agribusinesses and more. To support their ongoing growth in the industry, a skilled Sales Account Manager is required to join their team in Dubbo, NSW.
The Role
This is a detail-driven, relationship-focused role managing the full sales process for rural and commercial shed projects. Working closely with drafting, engineering, production and operations teams, you'll quote, coordinate, and guide projects from initial enquiry through to post-installation support. Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to and qualify inbound sales enquiries.
- Build strong client relationships across rural and commercial sectors.
- Scope and quote projects from $40K to $1M+ in value.
- Maintain CRM data, track pipelines, and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct occasional site inspections and represent the company at trade events.
- Maintain high levels of communication throughout the customer journey.
About You
- Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within the agricultural, construction, and/or manufacturing sectors.
- High attention to detail in quoting and data management.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of agriculture or rural customer needs.
- Trade or technical background (desirable).
