Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B saas solution focused creating sustainable, transparent and efficient supply chains for their customers. They have a one-stop-shop platform where all key stakeholders in the production process can connect to execute, monitor, and report on supply chain activities.

Their products provide digitization, automation, transparency, and traceability, with a strong focus on advanced analytics & machine learning. This enables them to leverage customer data for predictive insights and dynamic risk-based interventions.

They currently work with many of the world's leading brands and retailers, and thousands of vendors and factory organizations across the globe to bring unparalleled levels of visibility, transparency, and accuracy to their quality, sustainability, and compliance initiatives.

You must know their competitors like the back of your hand. You must also know their users better than they know themselves, including how they use their product. You must back up strategic insights with product analytics and then use that knowledge to drive communication strategies to drive user adoption and engagement as well as create product marketing materials for the sales and marketing teams to be successful.

You will report directly into the CPO and collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop innovative marketing programs, with the product team to drive product adoption and engagement, and with the sales team to support the creation of engaging digital assets on their products. Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present their product's value proposition in a way that resonates with their target audience. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what's working and what isn't.

**The role**
- Develop comprehensive product marketing assets for sales and marketing teams
- Create and maintain the messaging and value proposition for their products including messaging that resonates with the target buyer personas
- Develop impactful communication strategies for their current users to drive adoption and engagement of their products
- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
- Regularly review the feature launch processes with other stakeholders to improve it, adjust it and ensure that it reflects their GTM strategy
- Build a comprehensive customer review and reference program
- Create engaging marketing campaigns to promote new features with their existing user base
- Conduct a competitive intelligence program that includes the creation of battle cards and competitors' overviews.
- Leverage data from win-loss analyses to adapt their messaging and positioning to specific market trends.
- Lead customer training strategy and execution including webinars
- Develop and refine their product user personas
- Develop a program to gather and share insights on industry trends (acquisitions, news, etc)
- Lead a small product marketing team

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years product marketing experience (preferably for a B2B SaaS product)
- English language fluency is an essential requirement
- Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
- Experience with competitive analysis
- Must have outstanding writing skills (experience creating marketing content is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills (experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage)
