About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for a Till System Support team member to join a busy support office based in Yeerongpilly. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting point of sale system operations across a large national network of retail outlets. This hands-on role will see you assisting with pricing updates, stock control, data processing, menu and till setup, invoicing and reporting. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within retail operations, POS systems or support administration. The role suits a highly organised individual who enjoys problem solving, working with systems and supporting operational success in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in administration, data entry or retail support roles preferred Interest or exposure to POS systems highly regarded Previous liquor retail, hospitality or retail experience beneficial Intermediate MS Excel and strong general computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Benefits and Rewards Salary package circa $65,000 Super (negotiale dependant on experience) Full training and ongoing development provided Monday to Friday role offering work-life balance Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a national business Diverse and hands-on role with strong career potential Interstate travel opportunities available To apply online, please click on the apply button.
