Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms
* Clean all areas of the guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and creating memorable guest experiences, with comfort and luxury in every room
* Keep a well‑stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
* Adhere to Sofitel Brand standards and procedures diligently and seamlessly
Qualifications
* Experience in hotel housekeeping; cleaning guest rooms & bathrooms to a high standard
* Physical fitness, able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
* Team working skills, with flexible availability to support the team across the week
* Attention to detail
* Commitment to delivering a 5‑star service to guests
* Efficient time management skills
* Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
