Safety, service, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything they do.About the RoleSeeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Managerto lead daily operations in a busy distribution and coatings facility. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound goods, stock control, safety, and overall team performance.This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role with real responsibility, where your operational know-how and people skills will make a lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatchLead and support the warehouse team to meet daily KPIs and ensure high standards of customer serviceManage stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective inventory practicesEnforce OH&S policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environmentCoach team members, schedule workloads, and rotate tasks for optimal efficiencyMonitor and report discrepancies, non-conforming products, and quality issuesMaintain equipment and warehouse assets in excellent conditionSupport cross-functional collaboration with internal sales and branch teamsTake ownership of upholding top-tier product and service quality within the Warehouse to consistently meet customer expectationsPlay an active role in fostering a supportive, positive, and engaging team atmosphereAbout You You’re a proactive and organised leader with a solid background in warehousing or logistics.
