About the Role

Estia Health is a leading aged care provider with over 90 homes across several Australian states. This permanent part‐time role (Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am‐4:00pm) is based at our Bannockburn home.

You'll be an indispensable helper to the residential aged care manager and client services officer, ensuring the home runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Provide friendly customer service to residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
* Manage the front desk: answer calls, respond to emails and greet visitors.
* Lead and support staff, helping them to develop and grow.
* Welcome visitors, volunteers, contractors and prospective residents.
* Assist with ordering supplies and staff uniforms.
* Maintain accurate paperwork, records and filing systems.
* Show prospective residents and their families around the home.
* Support the office manager and residential aged care manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a fast‐paced administration or front‐desk role with a strong customer‐service focus.
* Excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Strong computer literacy across multiple systems with attention to detail in data entry and record management.
* Proactive, professional and approachable, with a "can‐do" attitude and commitment to creating a positive visitor experience.
