About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of residents while enjoying a flexible work schedule. As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential support to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support
* Observe and report any changes to nursing staff
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably in Australian aged care
* A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person-centered care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
* Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
