**About the role**
As Development Planning Services Officer you will be part of the Development Planning Services section.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the preparation and management of records, including infrastructure charges invoices, bank guarantees, on/off maintenance requests, planning and development certificates and searches
- Respond to incoming correspondence and enquiries such as development planning enquiries, right to information requests and complaints management requests within the appropriate timeframes
- Conduct private certifier audits and recover outstanding infrastructure charges

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Diploma of Government or a related field from a recognised tertiary education institution, or currently studying to obtain tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or a related field from a recognised university or other tertiary education institution
- Current Queensland C class driver’s licence
