Job Description
We seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our client's head office based in the inner Melbourne.

This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team. Responsibilities include meeting room booking coordination, stock ordering for stationery and kitchen supplies, managing contractors, responding to email enquiries, handling the mailroom, accepting deliveries and other ad‐hoc tasks.

* Have intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft, along with exceptional attention to detail
This is a 38 hour per week role, working Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 5.30 pm each day.
