As an Inside Network Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with existing agents/distributors nationally, via phone and email channels, while growing this segment through targeted business development activities.


Responsibilities

* Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers within agent territories to grow revenues with a focus on remote locations.
* Onboard new small customers, ensuring a smooth transition into the agent-serviced model and providing support with the onboarding of new agents.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing agents and provide commercial support.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues on all levels, providing technical and practical assistance where necessary.
* Maintain agent-serviced customer portfolios.
* Ensure all customers have a current standard contract and comply with it.
* Support with agent account management activity.
* Work closely with our wider Inside Sales & Network team to ensure commercial alignment with both agents and related small customers.
* Track and report account management and business development activity.
* Participate in other work and projects as required from time to time.
* Gather market information to support decision making.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven ability to close sales and strong negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
* Up to 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
* Computer literacy and ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
* Experience in Google Suites (advantageous).
* Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
* Can do attitude with initiative to drive change and take ownership of change.
