Kalyra Neighbourhood Living, a trusted, values‐driven organisation supporting older Australians for 130 years, is looking for an Administration Officer within its Belair Neighbourhood Living team.
About the role
The Administration Officer will administer resident contracts from execution to settlement and termination, maintain accurate records, ensure legislative compliance, and provide administrative support to the Retirement Living Coordinator, Operations Manager and Building Works Manager.
The position is full‐time, permanent, based at the Belair office.
Key responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.
* Deliver efficient and accurate contract administration.
* Administer contracts, records and documentation to ensure legislative compliance.
* Provide administrative support to the successful delivery of Neighbourhood Living projects.
Skills and experience
* Strong background in administration, office management and customer service.
* Proven ability to work within a legislative framework.
* Robust understanding of financial and budget management.
* Experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
* Understanding of Retirement Village or Property Management is desirable.
