About the role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of operational programs from our Keysborough depot.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the No Go Zone (NGZ), New Connections, Public Lighting and Licensed Electrical Inspector (LEI) programs, combining both operational delivery and compliance-focused functions.
You will lead a mix of office-based and field teams, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant delivery of work programs while balancing customer, regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage field and office-based teams delivering NGZ, New Connections, Public Lighting and Electrical Inspection services
* Ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of all programs, with a strong focus on regulatory and safety obligations
* Manage Licensed Electrical Inspectors, ensuring inspection activities meet statutory and compliance requirements
* Oversee NGZ program delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement and risk management
* Lead New Connections and Public Lighting delivery, ensuring customer outcomes, timelines and quality standards are achieved
* Plan, allocate and optimise workforce, fleet and contractor resources across multiple workstreams
* Drive strong HSE performance through visible leadership, field presence and proactive risk management
* Manage operational performance, including KPIs, productivity, utilisation and service delivery outcomes
* Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to build a high-performing team culture
* Manage budgets, costs and contractor performance, ensuring delivery within financial targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, regulators and contractors
* Support emergency/fault response where required and ensure effective coordination across programs

About You
* Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role within an ESI/utility environment
* Strong understanding of electrical network operations, including compliance and inspection requirements
* Demonstrated experience leading mixed field and office-based teams across multiple programs
* Strong leadership capability, with experience in performance management, coaching and team development
* Ability to balance operational delivery, safety, regulatory and commercial outcomes
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across internal teams, customers and regulators
* Trade or technical qualification and current Australian driver's licence
