What is our opportunity
Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable outcomes by meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance and coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.
Who are you
You must balance empathy, dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Skills and experience we are looking for include:
* Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
* Demonstrated experience in customer service sales contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same)
* Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
