Karratha Branch Supervisor
Antec is seeking a motivated and customer‐focused Branch Supervisor to join our growing Karratha branch. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys building customer relationships, driving branch growth and delivering outstanding service.
As the face of our Pilbara operations, you will work closely with customers across the region, supporting sales activity, managing branch operations and ensuring customers receive the right products on time, every time. You will be supported by our Perth‐based team while playing a key role in expanding our presence in the Pilbara market.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in trade sales, warehouse operations or customer service who is looking to take ownership of a growing branch and contribute directly to its success.
What you'll be doing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Identify opportunities to grow sales within the local market
* Provide exceptional counter, phone and internal sales support
* Prepare customer quotes, process orders and follow up enquiries
* Coordinate and deliver products to customers safely and efficiently
* Pick, pack and despatch customer orders accurately
* Manage warehouse operations including receipting, storage and dispatch
* Maintain accurate stock control and participate in stocktakes
* Ensure the branch and warehouse are clean, organised and compliant with safety standards
* Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to support branch growth
* Maintain company vehicles and conduct routine safety checks
* Deliver a high standard of customer service at every interaction
What we're looking for
* A strong local presence and understanding of the Karratha/Pilbara market is preferred, with applicants required to reside in Karratha.
* Current and valid driver's licence
* Experience in internal sales, trade sales, warehouse operations or customer service
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive and customer‐focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Physical fitness and ability to safely lift and move stock
* A willingness to be hands‐on and contribute across all areas of the branch
