ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a switched-on, organised and motivated Administration Assistant who wants to build real skills in a supportive team.

You'll help keep our operations running smoothly, support customers and drivers, and build experience across admin, customer service and operations — skills that can set you up for long-term success.
This is a full-time, permanent Monday–Friday role in a stable essential services industry.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Supporting customer enquiries
* Scheduling and planning work to meet KPIs
* Working closely with drivers and operations teams
* Investigating and resolving service queries
* Navigating multiple IT systems and databases
* Providing admin support across the depot
* Delivering great customer service via phone and email
* Processing service requests, run-sheets and other admin tasks
WHO YOU ARE
* Positive, reliable and eager to learn
* Great communicator — confident on the phone and email
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to juggle tasks and stay organised
* Comfortable using computers and open to learning new systems
* Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team
