Long-term freelance Design Manager role with a well-known tier-1 main contractor on a large mixed-use project.
Base on site with full support from a Design Director.
Client & Project
Client works on large schemes usually £50M+.
You will join the existing technical team on a commercial day rate contract.
Requirements
Main contracting experience.
Experience on new build projects.
Compensation & Contract
Competitive day rate, guaranteed 6 months plus contract of work.
