**Job Title:** Support Worker - Tiwi Island Role
About the Role
This is a fly in fly out role based in Tiwi Islands. It is 10 days on 4 days off with rotating roster morning, afternoon and night shifts. Accommodation, meals, flights are all included.
Key Responsibilities
Social Support:
* Assist a diverse range of clients including aged and high need clients with everyday activities and provide support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care in the facility.
Care Services:
* Meet the changing needs of customers supporting them in their homes and whilst out in the community through the provision of flexible services including personal and respite care, social support, domestic assistance, overnight care and 24 hour support.
Requirements
A completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
