Job Description - SAP OTC Consultant with Retail Experience
We are looking for an SAP OTC Consultant with Retail experience to support and enhance Order-to-Cash processes in SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes along with domain experience in retail business scenarios such as pricing, promotions, store sales, customer hierarchy, returns, billing, and supply chain integration.
Day to Day job DutiesKey Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and design SAP OTC solutions with a focus on retail industry processes.
* Configure and support SAP SD modules for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
* Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, returns, credit management, and customer master data.
* Work on retail-specific scenarios including promotions, discounts, assortment management impacts, store order processing, retail pricing, and customer-specific sales processes.
* Support integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and SAP Retail processes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
* Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
* Provide user training, process documentation, cutover support, and post-go-live support.
* Work on master data and transactional data related to sales, customers, materials, and retail distribution processes.
* Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in SAP SD / OTC processes.
* Hands-on experience in retail industry business processes.
* Knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and credit management.
* Experience in SAP Retail integration with OTC processes.
* Understanding of customer master, article/material master, listing, pricing, and promotion-related processes.
* Knowledge of integration points with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and supply chain functions.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years of SAP SD/OTC consulting experience, depending on role level.
* Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or support project in retail domain.
* SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification is a plus.
* Experience with SAP CAR, SAP IS-Retail, or omnichannel retail processes is an added advantage.
Travel
This position requires someone who can travel at least 80% of the time.
