The Opportunity
We are hiring 2 xIntermediate Full Stack Engineers level to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is well versed in using AI driven development while also contributing to technical direction, architectural discussions, and raising engineering standards across the team.
You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer and a collaborative team of engineers to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality product features.
Experience Level Requirements
* Intermediate Engineer: Minimum 6 years professional software development experience
What You'll Do
* Use AI engineering practices and tools to design, develop, test and deploy scalable web application features end-to-end
* Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
* Partner with our AI tools to conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
* Deliver predictable, well-estimated work with clear milestones and trade-offs
* Contribute to improving our usage of AI, our engineering standards, quality, and performance
* Troubleshoot and debug production issues
* Support critical events including triage, system analysis and post-incident reviews
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality product outcomes
Backend: .NET (C#), Web APIs, background jobs
Frontend: React + TypeScript
Database: MSSQL
Skills & Experience
* 6+ years in software development
* Solid experience with AI-assisted development tools (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
* Strong experience with .NET (C#), TypeScript and modern web application development
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
* Experience delivering well-defined feature-sized bodies of work
* Experience scoping and estimating technical tasks
* Strong experience with Git-based version control and code review practices
* Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to Have
* Experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
* Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
* Experience implementing testing strategies and automated testing frameworks
