Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous reception, customer service or industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
* Ability to analyze situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with clients (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check).
Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers and ensure a positive first impression.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Foster strong and positive interactions with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
* Collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to management.
