* Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, providing expert guidance on software licensing, hardware solutions, IT services, Software Asset Management, and Digital Innovation
* Drive client retention by achieving 100% of renewal targets, ensuring clients continue to experience the full value of Insight's solutions
* Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, ensuring full pipeline visibility across software, hardware, services, and renewal opportunities
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top accounts to deepen your understanding of their evolving business needs and identify growth opportunities
* Build and nurture strong vendor relationships — including with Microsoft and other key partners — to generate leads and stay ahead of market developments
* Maintain and grow your vendor certifications, including Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix, to ensure your technical knowledge remains current and credible
* Participate in product-specific and professional development training to continuously sharpen your skills and industry knowledge
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategy and keep Insight's offering front of mind

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Sound business acumen and the ability to make well-considered commercial decisions
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuously developing your knowledge of IT products and solutions
What You Can Expect
* Dedicated career pathways and development
* Peer recognition and the opportunity to join our President's Club
* Volunteer Leave and Work Life Balance days
* Work-From-Anywhere Programme for up to 4 weeks per year
* Employee Stock Purchase Plan
* Corporate discounts
