We are partnering with one of Australia's leading and most diversified ASX listed organisations to appoint an Analyst / Associate within its high performing Corporate Development and Investments team, based in Sydney. With a mandate that mirrors a private equity investment team and a strong track record of delivering value through strategic acquisitions and investments, this group plays a key role in shaping the organisation's long term growth strategy.
In this role, you will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic initiatives including M&A transactions, investments, portfolio strategy, and high profile corporate projects. Working closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will be involved in evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and capital allocation opportunities, while helping drive commercial outcomes across the broader group.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 6 years of experience from investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategy consulting, or Big 4 M&A. You will bring strong financial and commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, intellectually curious approach.
