Visual Merchandiser Position
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across multiple stores.
This is a full-time contract position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with store teams and regional managers to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality visual displays.
The Role
* Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
* Train staff on visual merchandising best practices and provide ongoing support
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with the national VM Co-ordinator to ensure consistency across all stores
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
