We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Newcastle team as an entry-level Construction Professional.

This is a unique opportunity to launch a rewarding career in construction with a leading organization. Under the guidance of a Construction Manager, you will have the chance to learn and develop key skills in project supervision, contract administration, QA activities, and document management.
You will be involved in supporting concrete supply and form work for infrastructure projects across the Hunter, Central Coast & Sydney Region. Our key projects include John Hunter Hospital, Maitland Hospital, Stockland Green Hills, The Store, Sydney Football Stadium, Accor Stadium, Crown Sydney Hotel Resort, Sydney Metro and Western Sydney Airport.
During University semesters, you will be provided support and flexibility to attend face-to-face classes. This role provides a genuine pathway to progress to a Site Engineer, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer or Project Manager role in the future. We will also fund additional training courses if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Construction, Building or Engineering degree (ideally candidates in their penultimate year or a graduate) is essential. 6 to 12 months of experience within the building and construction industry is preferable.
