About the role
We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Responsibilities
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean shelves, ovens, drains, and other areas.
* Collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
* Work independently and in a group setting, both indoors and outdoors.
* Commit to providing great customer experiences through enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
* Have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
* Passionate about safety and adhere to Coles Safe work practices.
* Set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
* Be physically active with moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
* Available to work flexible hours across trading days, including weekends, with shifts between 5am and 11pm.
