About the Role
This Permanent position is a Monday to Thursday roster, with 10‐hour days, based at the Worsley Alumina Refinery.
* Engage maintenance and production teams to prioritise and execute planned work safely and efficiently across the refinery.
* Coordinate internal and contractor electrical resources to facilitate minor and major outage maintenance activities.
* Perform Job Owner responsibilities for Electrical Department contractors in line with the Contractor Management Standard.
* Support, coach and mentor the electrical leadership team to meet company and statutory regulations.

Qualifications
* Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate.
