What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling & coordination - manage daily/weekly schedules, run sheets, appointments, and travel arrangements for mechanics.Workshop & job administration - create jobs in system, collect timesheets/photos, enter labour/parts/freight, and keep job records accurate.Parts & inventory management - order parts, receipt deliveries, maintain the parts room, update stock levels, and conduct audits.Customer & supplier communication - act as the point of contact between management, mechanics, clients, and suppliers; chase quotes and parts.Data entry & compliance tracking - maintain machine/client records, update mechanic credentials, and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in administration, ideally in a fast‐paced or technical environmentExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsA friendly, positive communicator who enjoys being part of a small teamAbility to prioritise and handle a high workload with accuracySomeone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with both office and workshop staff
