Quality Control Officer – Chemical Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Officer to join a leading chemical manufacturing environment specialising in toll manufacturing and OEM product supply. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and detailed quality inspections on chemical products, including thermoset resins, epoxy systems, putties, and polyurethane formulations.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal quality procedures.
Perform laboratory testing, analyse data, and prepare accurate reports on product quality and consistency.
Identify, document, and escalate any non-conformance or deviations from production specifications.
Collaborate closely with production chemists and technicians to maintain product integrity and optimise manufacturing processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in quality control within chemical manufacturing or related industries.
Strong understanding of chemical product handling, testing, and safety protocols.
Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
