What you'll be doing
Atturra is seeking an ambitious, self‐motivated Junior Business Analyst, to provide application modernisation services. The modernisation includes assessment, design, migration and transition to support activities.
This role is based in Canberra and requires candidates to work onsite in accordance with project requirements.
Due to the security classification of the engagement, applicants must hold a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance at the time of application.
Key Responsibilities
* Analysis and migration of the scoped (protected level) business applications from the AFP on‐premises infrastructure to the AFP Azure cloud
* Continuous discovery, design and migration within the AFP agile sprints
* Modernisation (refactored migration) and testing of the scoped business applications and the corresponding workloads based on the current state of the AFP's 'Protected' Azure public cloud
* Conduct discovery and requirements activities with corporate stakeholders, translating needs into user stories, functional/non‐functional requirements and acceptance criteria
* Mapping application and workload dependencies derived from stakeholder workshops and system discovery
* Support and document application/workload categorisation consistent with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
* Support Agile delivery and wave planning by creating user stories and repeatable reporting processes.

Technical Requirements
* Familiarity with requirements management practices.
* Strong Documentation and data capture skills.
* Minute-taking and meeting management skills.
* Stakeholder engagement and technical communication.
* Australian citizenship and existing NV1 (or higher) clearance.
* Awareness of Cloud Adoption Framework concepts.
* Familiarity with Agile Delivery methods (Scrum).
